BFA COACHING
Five facilitated sessions by a think2perform coach, Elena Beckius to accelerate the adoption and implementation of Behavioral Financial Advice competencies. Each session will be up to 90 minutes in length and recorded.
These sessions are focused on supporting BFA’s on accelerating the implementation of key BFA concepts into their practice. Expect to walk away with your refined introduction language, how to position values with new and existing client and leveraging the alignment model and 4Rs for effective client decision-making.
The dates for this program are as follows, each session will run from 1:00-2:30 CST.

- Setting the Stage – January 24th, 2024
- Using the Alignment Model – February 7th, 2024
- Implementing a Menu of Service – February 21st, 2024
- Permission to Lead – March 6th, 2024
