The return of most items purchased in the Tool Shop follow this Refund and Returns Policy, but we occasionally offer products or services having unique procedures governing refunds. In these instances, we will clearly identify the requirements for return of such items at the point of sale.
Before you make your purchasing decision, we encourage you to review this Refund and Returns Policy.
Basic Rules Applicable to All Purchases
- Returns are accepted within thirty (30) days of your receipt of shipment.
- If timely received, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment.
- We will only issue a refund for return items that you purchased in the Tool Shop and that are in their original condition.
Items That Can Be Returned
- Tangible Products (Cards, Books, CDs, DVDs, etc.):
Tangible products, such as cards, books and other printed material, must be returned in their original condition with all original packaging and accessories. Media items, such as CDs, DVDs or Blu-Ray Discs, must be unopened and sealed within their original packaging.We will refund the purchase price and sales tax (if applicable) if you meet these requirements. Please Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.

- Downloads (Digital Audio Recordings, Digital Video Recordings, PDFs & E-Books, Etc.):
Digital products you purchase and download to your electronic device are non-refundable unless fundamentally defective. Incompatibility between your electronics and the product does not constitute an adequate basis for a refund. If you are dissatisfied with the quality or completeness of a digital product, please call Customer Service at (61) 843-5000. You may also send an email detailing the issue to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
All fees and charges for any of our assessments are nonrefundable.
- Promotional Items (Autographed):
We will not accept returns of or issue refunds for any purchase that has been autographed by one of our professional consultants.
- Subscription Services:
All fees and charges for subscription services are nonrefundable, even if you cancel your service before the end of your subscription period. All features of your subscription service expire immediately upon cancellation or termination of your subscription period.
- Webinar, Workshops & Other Events:
All fees and charges for specialty programs are nonrefundable but you may transfer the right to participate in one of our programs to a third party.
Method of Shipping
We suggest that all returns, particularly those valued at over $50, be shipped to us by a trackable shipping service with delivery confirmation. If we fail to receive any package from you, regardless of value, and you did not use a trackable shipping service and have no proof of delivery, we will not issue you a refund.
